Frequency (2000)
Good job, producer.
Ever since I saw the Frequencies, I started to search if there possibly is same kind of movie then I found this. This one has the same title—almost, with better rating on IMDb. I didn't download it as I did to Frequencies, I watched it on HBO yesterday.
Formerly, I was confused of how it was filmed. But then I realized if it wasn't executed like that, it may not be as thrilling as it is. The idea of the movie is pretty original, time-traveler. How could just an old radio connecting two people from afar, 1969 and 1999, father (who just died) and his amazing son. How the son wants to change his life by simply talking to his old father. How the son loves his father that he would like to change their—family pasts to be gathered back.
It's a pure fantasy of father-and-son relation that makes my tears slowly down from the two of my eyes.
OXV: The Manual (2013)
You should try this one!
I am satisfied by its magical, beautiful story, casts, all of it. At first, you'll think if it's kind of unravel romance story makes you cry bucket and bucket just because its classical plot. By the time you watch it, it slowly shifted to a bizarre sci-fi pumping up your heart beat.
It reveals how different type of frequency makes you hardly close to somebody. Philosophies inside was beyond thrilling. The arguments and points of view are quite interesting. It had my complete attention from beginning to end. It's mysterious, intelligent, intriguing, sweet, sad, philosophical, and emotional. Names inside are the famous geniuses people you know whose found and can't live without their own theory. Like how Isaac Newton was and how important weight, gravity, and apples were.
It was a long time that I was not so deeply and lightly and fully and gently pleased by a movie. The casts are so much great.
Eragon (2006)
I thought this is great since I heard people yelling around about it.
I, maybe, expecting too much about the movie so I suffer a disappointment later. This is about a dragon-and its rider-with a poor packaging; awful. I don't care if it was adopted from a novel or not, but I cursed this movie for being that bad. The too-slow plot really is a boring thing. The story was failed to displayed by the filmmaker. There was too much futile scene which I thought it shouldn't've been there. Eragon itself is sucks figure I hate. He really didn't behave appropriately as a hero, which made me easily guess the end of the story. Too bad, those minuses completely not paid off in the end of the movie except what I've guesses--the end of the story.
