The Old Man: VII (2022)
You can almost hear the heart beats fading
What a fantastic finale! Everyone's skeletons come out and everyone's true grit is revealed. Interesting ending especially when you see the last seen. I did not read the book so did not know how it would end but it was definitely foreseeable in certain ways.
Moon Knight: Asylum (2022)
Where the rubber meets the road
To balance the two hearts yet we find that one does not have an actual heart but a made up one. Steven is just a puppet in Mark's mind yet proves invaluable in saving Mark at the end of the episode. I suspect that Mark will have to either be rid of safe Steven for good or turn that ship around and rights all the wrongs he has caused in his lifetime (with Steven's assistance and clear minded judgment of course).
Servant: Mama (2022)
OMG!!!
I literally listen to this episode in my AirPods as I was doing things around my place and I kept rewinding it to listen to the dialogue. All I can say is this episode has so much tongue and cheek with corny lines.. it is utterly amazing when you put the screenplay in context or juxtaposition with the premise of the series. Let's all thank the writers for this episode.
Raised by Wolves: Mass (2020)
Because season two has started I began watching season one
Ridley Scott's creation and updated version of not only a dystopian future but also a reminder of the fallacies of present day human society, is worth watching especially when combined with cool cinematography (literally) and mesmerizing original series soundtrack. Throw in Travis Fimmel from Vikings for good measure and this series is pretty darn good. As for this episode, the story takes a precarious turn and I can't wait to see which direction it goes and how it is ultimately resolved.
Servant: Fish (2022)
"Unitarian Universalism"
Back to the basics of amazing Servant. I was feeling as if this season was stalled somewhat, but the pieces of the puzzle start to fit together in this episode. A couple of twists and turns and a very real "trigger" make this episode want you to continue the journey.
