Surprisingly good considering Rodriguez's track record on the Book of Boba Fett
9 February 2022
Coming into this episode, I was skeptical to say the least. I started to worry when I saw that Robert Rodriguez directed this episode and considering his track record on this show, I was certainly worried. Then when I saw some of the ratings, I got really worried.

I'm happy to report that this episode was a lot better than what I was expecting.

-The acting: Acting on this show has been pretty solid, nothing to really complain about here.

-The visuals and cinematography: Cinematography is obviously beautiful on this show, not quite on the same level as the last episode, but not much of a difference.

Production design is great, all the characters, animals and droids look really good and real.

One thing that wasn't so good though was the editing. Some of the cuts were too early and some of the transitions used simply didn't fit the moment.

-Story: Generally good, but there is a little too much exposition at the beginning and there is an odd choice when the viewer is told something and then a few minutes later, Boba Fett is told as well and it is really something that they just should've made the viewer find out at the same time as Boba, as to have more of an impact.

-Entertainment: The finale of The Book of Boba Fett does not disappoint on the entertainment value. The dialogue is very good around 80% of the time and the battle scenes are very gripping and they do they carry a lot of emotional weight.

Overall I would say that this finale was great, could've been better, but could've been way worse. I can see how some might give this an 8/10, but personally I think it deserves an 8.5-9/10.

Title says it all, love to see OCD in this show. They're portraying it pretty well with Andrew's character

9.75/10 Absoputely incredible episode, there's one setback though

Finally this season got to the previous parts' standards, loved this episode.

The Good: Loved what they did with the credits, great ending as well as an incredibly intense episode, every scene was absolutely amazing, except some things weren't that great. What Sierra did was smart and I hate her for it, she's a really good character though, but what I liked even more was The Professor's decision at the end of the episode, also liked how they showed the consequences of that decision on both sides.

The Meh: Nothing really.

The Bad: I did not like what they did with Tokyo at the beginning of the episode, but by the end they redeemed her so I'm kinda good with it.

Performances- Perfect Cinematography - Perfect Premise - Perfect Execution - Almost Perfect Entertainment - Perfect

9.75/10 The only reason it's not a 10/10 is because of the beginning of the episode with Tokyo.

Waiting for Part 4!

Overall a good episode but some stuff didn't really make sense, like how is the government giving 10 million dollars away? Also the Tokyo/Rio thing is getting annoying and dumb.

Wasn't a bit fan of how what they did with Palermo and the Governor. Although I did enjoy what Denber did.

This episode was much better than the first and gives me hope for a better part 3 overall.

The Good: Loved how they caused chaos and how the heist started. Also really like the new character they introduced.

The Meh: There's a certain conflict between two characters that didn't really work well, it made sense but felt forced.

The bad: Nothing really, this episode was good.

6.75/10 A meh for me, at least for now

I loved the first two parts but I'm not quite sure if I'm gonna like this 3rd part.

First of all: The Good. The acting, the cinematography and the ending of the episode were all great! Fantastic. It was pretty entertaining as well, for the most part.

Second: The Meh. Not quite sure how to feel about the beginning of the episode, the character they brought back was super annoying the whole first and second part but was a good character although I would've preferred if they hadn't brought him back. Also wasn't a big fan of what caused the story balance's rupture.

Last but not least: The Bad. I did not like how it was basically part 1 all over again and just the premise itself was bad, it was useless, personally if this doesn't get better later, I'll have to say that they should've ended the show after part 2.

Overall: Performances - Perfect Cinematography - Perfect Premise - Garbage Execution - Poor Entertainment - Ok

The second best episode of the show so far!

Warning: Spoilers
This episode was just amazing. Acting was great, it had a very emotional ending and it was a very ballsy thing to do. The episode was already good from the start because it added a cool element to the crime solving aspect of the episode and it gave more character development to Charlotte so that when she dies you're connected to her and you might start to cry while watching her death. Amenadiel was also a great aspect of the episode acting like one of us, one of the viewers as he was starting to grow closer to Charlotte and then seeing her die, he was crying and then his wings appear, he then decides to bring Charlotte with him to the Silver City. Another thing that was interesting in this episode was Amenadiel's theory about us being the responsible ones and that we shouldn't blame God about everything that's happened to us or others. In the end, this episode was amazing, acting, writing and directing of this episode was just amazing. It gets a well deserved 10/10
