Adi: Zehra (2018)

A great mystery series!
17 March 2018
Adi:Zehra is a very good show about a girl who survived an attempted honor killing and escaped only to find herself in a mysteries family who wants to convince the world she is their long lost daughter/sister. A well written story, very good actors and great cinematography. Every minute of the episodes is used very well with almost zero unnecessary filling scenes, which is really unusual for Turkish soap opera. The show deals with a difficult subject but will keep you in suspense and make the 2 hours fly like 20 minutes. Please give it a try. I hope it doesn't get cancelled prematurely because of the stupid rating system. Taner Akvardar. I will memorize his name so that I can watch his future works. He is a really good director!

Excellent!!!

Dolunay is a brilliant Turkish TV series which is a cross-genre of romance, drama, suspense and some comedy. The main character, Ferit Aslan, comes across as a self-righteous, judgmental person at the beginning but it will not take you long to understand him and admire/fall in love with him. For woman who want to see a hard working, strong and assertive woman on television, Nazli is your girl and Ozge Gurel is doing a wonderful job playing her character! The whole cast is full of great talents but Can Yaman, the actor who plays Ferit Aslan, is exceptionally great and you will wonder why you haven't heard of him before!

And, there is no other show on Turkish TV which can give you a quality music performance week after week by the brilliant Turku Turan (Alya!) Watch Dolunay and you will not regret a single minute of it!
