I don't know why but there's something appealing about tragic endings *grunts pleasurably*.
I feel like if you loved Game of Thrones, you also loooved Berserk.
The tragic ending is not the only things GoT & Berserk have in common, the injustice it has been made to both makes me commit attrocities to those responsible.
However, my dream is: Berserk gets animated by a Ghibli level production in its whole with the same soundtracks of Berserk (1997)
Not possible for many reasons, I know.
However, Berserk was a masterpiece to say the least.
It was sooo good that it almost, almost made me read a manga for the first time in my life.
Because when you are met with a two choices.
One being that you need to read the manga to continue the best story from an anime you've ever watched, and the second choice is you'll never hear of berserk ever again!
It is hard to not be tempted to choose the former.
But I'm not a nerd. Sorry guys.
You could not make me read Naruto's manga even if you point a gun at me.
It's always the manga people who won't let us normal people enjoy a special anime like Berserk (1997).
"ThE mAnGa Is BeTtEr"
Stfu.
The music, the characters and their voice, their emotions.
This is something you can experience only through an anime adaptation.
And Berserk (1997) did that for us. I am jealous of all the people who have not seen it and I will recommend it to everyone I deem deserving of watching this masterpiece.
I hope my dream comes true.
