"You've ruined my life! Get on the ground!" were the last words heard by 2007 Colorado murder victim, Heather Lynn Garraus, 35. Since the shooter wore a masked Halloween costume, witnesses could only see a brunette female, fleeing via truck. Within minutes, Shawna Nelson, former 911 dispatcher was summoned and questioned. The motive? She and one-time coworker, Officer Ignacio Garraus, are tangled up in a volatile affair. After Nelson's recent pregnancy (her husband had a vasectomy) the love triangle turned into town gossip. As in a soap opera, accusations of obsession, stalking, threats, blackmail and jealousy are fueled. Yet Shawna Nelson is blonde, and police only focused on her. Paula Zahn holds an exclusive interview with Ms. Nelson, seeking truth as only she can.

Larry Hall would possess the same DNA as Gary and also participates in Civil War Reenactments in areas where many girls disappeared. Traditional investigative tactics will reveal if the killer is Larry or Gary, or both. Then, comes speculation of a third-person's involvement.
